摘　　要：对线缆装配工艺规划系统的对象模型创建、线缆装配工艺规划、线缆装配过程动画制作、三维工艺文件生成等关键技术进行研究,并基于Pro/E平台,开发了线缆装配工艺规划原型系统,从而缩短了产品开发周期,降低了产品开发成本,另外所输出的线缆装配过程动画和三维工艺文件能为装配工人起到良好的现场示教作用。The key technologies of the cable harness assembly planning system were studied for the first time,which included cable harness assembly modeling,cable harness assembly planning,assembly animation making,and three-dimensional process card producing.Then a prototype system was developed based on Pro/E platform,which has shortened the product development cycle and reduced the costs of product development.The assembly animation and three-dimensional process cards made by the system can instruct the assembly workers effectively.
