摘  要:以硅胶为基质,苯甲酰基为疏水配基,采用有机硅烷活化法制备疏水吸附剂。研究了牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的吸附平衡行为,探讨了活化时间、活化介质对硅胶活化程度的影响,测定了不同盐浓度下的平衡等温线,讨论了配基来源、温度对吸附剂疏水性的影响。Silica gels were activated by silanization with γ- aminopropyltriethoxysilane.Benzoic acid was immobilized to the activated gels to prepare hydrophobic interac tion adsorbents (HIA) for protein adsorption. The adsorption behavior of bovine serum albumin (BSA) on the activated gels and HIA, the effects of the activation time and the media used for activations, were studied. The adsorption isotherms of BSA on HIA could be expressed by Langmuir equation. Effects of ligand resources and temperature on the hydrophobicity of adsorbents were also discussed.
