摘　　要：近年来,学生伤害事故及其引发的法律纠纷越来越多,日益成为困扰学校工作的严重问题。本文在对学校与学生之间法律关系进行论述的基础上,结合相关法律规定,提出学生伤害事故适用过错责任原则,根据过错构成情况的不同,学校责任认定应采用客观过错标准。In recent have energed and have relations between is the responsibili analgzes the way years, more and more student＇s injury cases and their related legal disputes increas schools and ingly become a serious problem troubling schools. On the basis of legal students, and relevant legal provisions, this article proposes that school ty of a fault liability a school assumes the and presents the criteria for judging schools fault, meanwhile, it responsibility under different conditions.
