摘  要:采用新型管式反应器实验装置,通过正交试验讨论了反应温度,进料速率以及水和乙苯的配比对苯乙烯收率的影响,确定了反应最佳操作条件。根据乙苯脱氢制苯乙烯的反应动力学模型,由实验结果计算出了反应速度常数与温度的关系且通过实验数据进行了检验,相对误差不大于5%。由实验结果确定了该综合实验的方法和培养目标。In this paper, the experimental facilities of novel tubular reactor is adopted. The effects of reaction temperature, rate of feed and ratio of water-oil ( ethyl benzene) to the yield of styrene are examined through the orthogonal test, and the optimum conditions are determined. According to the reaction of kinetic model of the dehydrogenation of ethyl benzene to styrene, the relations of reaction rate constant and the temperature are calculated based on the experimental result, and also verified through the empirical data, the relative error is not more than 5. It can be concluded that the method and the cultivatable goal of comprehensive experiment are confirmed by the experimental result.
