摘　　要：西北农林科技大学园艺学院实验室管理中心历经20多年不断创新改革方案和新的实验教学体系,有效地培养和锻炼了学生的实践能力、创新能力、团结协作精神和科学思维意识,为实验室的可持续发展奠定了一定基础,为学生毕业后从事相关工作提供了提前锻炼的平台。The gardening institute laboratory administrative center experiences more than 20 years to reform the reform plan and the new experiment teaching system unceasingly, raised and has exercised student＇s practical ability, innovation ability, the unity team spirit and scientific thought consciousness effectively, has laid certain foundation for the laboratory sustainable development, graduated after the student was engaged in the related work to provide the platform which exercised ahead of time.
