农民工子女城市融入的逻辑、功能与政策分析

摘　　要：伴随着农民工举家迁徙出外打工步伐的不断加快,农民工子女的数量与日俱增。相对于其父母的弱势而言,他们处于更边缘化境地。怎样才能使他们健康发展从而真正成为城市发展的受益者而非利益受损者便成为人们关注的焦点。本文认为农民工子女的城市融入是问题的出发点也是最终的价值诉求,因此从农民工子女城市融入的逻辑入手,探讨了他们融入城市的功能并提出政策上的建议。With the pacing of peasant-workers＇ leaving for finding jobs by taking the whole family, the number of their children is growing. The children＇s condition is worse than their parents. The focus is how to make them grow up healthily and become the beneficiary of the city development. The author thinks that their city inclusion is the starting and the ultimate point. The article analyzes the logic and function of their city inclusion, and then gives some advice on policies.
