摘 要:中央电视台(CCTV)新台址主楼钢结构外筒采用了高含钢率且带有多空腔的SRC柱,是主楼外筒抗侧力体系中的主要构件。高含钢率高强度的SRC柱具有断面小、承载力高以及延性好等特点,已经在复杂大型高层建筑结构中开始应用。本文对CCTV主楼外筒中截面最大的SRC柱进行了4根模型试件的承载力性能与延性试验,研究了高含钢率且含有多空腔的SRC柱在不同轴力和弯矩组合作用下的受力性能,揭示了它们的破坏机理和变形过程。试验结果显示,高含钢率SRC柱的承载力与延性性能远优于普通SRC柱。同时,本文还利用有限元分析程序对试验模型进行了数值计算并与试验结果进行了对比。最后通过分析,提出了'对于SRC柱的设计方法及轴压比的限值必须与SRC柱的含钢率相联系,使设计真正做到安全可靠、经济合理'的设计建议。Steel reinforced concrete (SRC) columns with high steel ratio and multi-cavities were used as main structural members of the lateral resistance system in New CCTV Building. The SRC columns with high steel ratio led to small section size, high load-carrying capacity and good ductility, which made them widely applied in high rise building. A test program has been carried out to investigate the ultimate load-carrying capacity and failure mechanism of the SRC column in this paper. The 4 SRC columns with the same scale of 1/8 have been tested under both axial load and lateral load. It was found that a high steel ratio in a SRC column significantly led to both higher strength and ductility raise than those of normal SRC columns. At the same time, the test results obtained were compared with those of FEM analysis, and a good agreement has been obtained. Both the test results and the FEM analysis results may serve as theoretical foundations for further structural design check of the New CCTV Building. In the end, the authors also proposed from experimental and numerical results that compression ratio limits in designing a SRC column should be related to the steel ratio of the SRC column, while in current Chinese design code the compression ratio is not allowed to go beyond its limits.
