摘 要:现有的工艺流程中,一般都没有把钻井液中的加重剂进行回收利用,而是直接排入废渣池,这就造成了大量的经济损失和资源浪费。在现有固控系统的基础上,设计了一种高密度钻井液加重剂的回收工艺,采用双离心机分离回收系统。通过改进高密度钻井液加重剂回收工艺,使现有的固控系统能够更好地处理钻井液。该工艺可回收大部分的加重剂,并将其循环利用,而且还可以清除进入循环系统中的有害固相。为达到最佳分离效果,所有新增装置能快捷地与原有系统的装置配合,通过变频器对离心机进行变频调速,使离心机在处理不同密度的钻井液时,能够适时调整到合适的转速,从而使该工艺得到更大范围的应用。During the previous process,the weighting materials added into the drilling fluid are directly discharged into the waste tank without being recycled or reused,which has resulted in a great deal of economic loss and waste of resources.On the basis of the existing solid control system,a process for recovering weighting materials out of the high-density drilling fluid is developed.The double-centrifuge separation and recovery system is used for the process.After improvement,this process will help improve the efficiency of existing solids-control system,thus not only the majority of the weighting additives can be recovered and reused,but the harmful solids can be removed out of the circulating system.To gain better separation,all added components can work easily well with the previous system.The frequency converter is used for speed regulation for centrifuges,thus the rotary speed of the centrifuge can be adjusted to the appropriate speed in time to match different drilling fluid systems which have different densities.This will expand the application scope of this recovery process.
