摘　　要：随着塔里木油气田开发力度的不断加大,注水泥塞施工的油气井不断增多,由于井深、老井地层出现井漏、井涌并存的情况,替入浆量难以把握,施工作业中容易出现"插旗杆"或者"灌香肠"等事故,给固井施工造成较大困难。根据多年来在塔里木地区注水泥塞的施工经验,总结出一套实用性较强的注水泥塞施工技术。采用该施工技术在现场实践中能够减少施工风险,提高了施工成功率;水泥塞质量良好,强度高,不窜不漏,为以后油气井的侧钻作业提供了保证。With the speed-up of the development of the Tarim oilfield,the wells requiring cementing plugs are increasing.While due to the great well depth and the fact that lost circulations and kicks usually occurred in the formations of the old wells,it is hard to decide the right slurry amount,making the cementing operation very challenging.Through summarization of the experiences gained through years of cement plug operations in the Tarim area,a set of practical plug setting technology is established.It can reduce the operation risks and improve the success ratio of the operations.It will also provide good-quality cementing plug with high strength and permitting no channeling or leakage,which will guarantee the successful casing-exit job later.
