摘  要:在役地下储气井存在的最大安全隐患是套管接箍或底部密封失效后,发生天然气泄漏,导致井管冲出地面的恶性事故。结合地下储气井工况,运用有限元软件建立了地下储气井井筒壁的有限元网格模型,分别模拟分析了在CNG储气和考虑储气介质温度影响下套管与接箍螺纹连接段各点处的应力变化。研究结果表明:套管与接箍螺纹连接段处于弹性范围内,处于安全状态,但接箍螺纹连接段的套管端部存在应力集中,是井筒的相对薄弱地带,不利于井筒的长期服役。Due to the failure of both the casing collar and the seal at the bottom in the underground in-service gas storage wells,natural gas leakage accidents might frequently take place,and the well tube might spurt out off the ground accordingly and so cause serious accidents.The finite element network model of borehole wall in the underground gas storage well was established with the finite element software.The stress change of each point on the threaded linkage section between the casing and the collar in the CNG gas storage and the case in consideration of the influences caused by the gas temperature change was simulated and analyzed,respectively.The research results show that the threaded linkage section between the casing and the collar is in the elastic range and is safe.However,the stress concentration exits at the end of the casings of the linkage section,which is comparatively weak and is adverse to the long-term operation of the borehole.
