肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝22例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肝脂消胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的疗效。方法依据中华医学会NAFLD诊断标准入选NAFLD患者(NAFLD组)22例并与20名健康人(正常组)对照。两组均进行常规体检和肝脏CT扫描,以CT肝/脾比值做为疗效评价指标。NAFLD组患者服用肝脂消胶囊8周,检测治疗前后血清生化指标和CT肝/脾比值的变化。结果NAFLD组血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、甘油三酯(TG)较正常组明显升高,CT肝/脾比值较正常组明显降低(P<0.01)。经治疗后ALT、TG均明显下降,CT肝/脾比值升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肝脂消胶囊治疗NAFLD疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the effect of Ganzhixiao Capsule（Capsule for liver fat dissolving） in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods The 22 patients were selected according to the Chinese Medical Association＇s diagnostic standard of NAFLD and compared with 20 healthy persons（control group）.Both groups were given routine medical checkup and liver CT scanning and then the liver/spleen ratio was taken as the index for effect evaluation.The NAFLD patients were administered Ganzhixiao Capsule for 8 weeks,and the changes of biochemical indexes and CT liver/spleen ratio after treatment were observed for comparison.Results In NAFLD group,the serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and triglyceride（TG） were significantly increased while the CT liver/spleen ratio was significantly decreased in comparing with the control group.After treatment,ALT and TG decreased significantly while liver/spleen ratio increased（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ganzhixiao Capsule treats NAFLD effectively.
