补肾化瘀解毒复方含药血清对肺癌A549/DDP耐药细胞周期的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾化瘀解毒复方含药血清对肺癌耐药细胞周期的影响。方法采用血清药理学及流式细胞法,分析补肾化瘀解毒复方含药血清分别与顺铂(DDP)和维拉帕米(VRP)合用后A549/DDP耐药细胞周期的变化。结果补肾化瘀解毒复方含药血清均能明显增加A549/DDP耐药细胞G0/G1期细胞数,减少S期和G2/M期的细胞比例(P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀解毒复方含药血清能使A549/DDP耐药细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,协同增强DDP和VRP阻止A549/DDP耐药细胞DNA的合成,抑制肺癌耐药细胞的分裂增殖。Objective To explore the effect of serum containing Recipe of Reinforcing Kidney,Dissolving Stasis and Removing Toxins（RRDR） on the cell cycle of drug-resistanct lung cancer cells.Methods Serum pharmacology and flow cytometry methods were used to analyze the effect of combination of medicine containing serum with cisplatin（DDP） and verapamil（VRP） respectively on the cell cycle of drug-resistanct lung cancer cells A549/DDP.Results The medicine containing serum could significantly increase the A549/DDP cells in G0/G1 phase and lower the cell ratio of S and G2/M phases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Serum containing RRDR is able to inhibit the growth of A549/DDP drug-resistanct cells in the G0/G1 phase,and enhance DDP and VRP to prevent A549/DDP cells from DNA synthesis,and inhibit the division proliferation of drug-resistant lung cancer cells.
