摘 要:提出等体积钢纤维替代粗骨料并将钢纤维质量计入砂率公式来直接进行钢纤维高强混凝土配合比设计的方法。通过试验研究碎石级配、钢纤维长度和体积率对新拌钢纤维混凝土的坍落度和硬化钢纤维混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弯曲抗拉强度的影响规律,与现行纤维混凝土结构技术规程规定的相关强度计算公式进行对比分析。结果表明:采用最大粒径为20mm和25mm的连续级配碎石和长度为32~50mm的钢纤维,在钢纤维体积率不大于2.0%时,由直接设计方法可配制满足新拌钢纤维混凝土工作性能和硬化钢纤维混凝土基本力学性能要求的钢纤维高强混凝土,避免按现行规程规定根据钢纤维体积率对用水量和砂率的调整。研究成果为修订完善钢纤维混凝土配合比设计方法提供科研依据。A direct mix design method is proposed for steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete, in which the coarse aggregate is replaced by equal-volume steel fiber, and the quality of steel fiber is considered in calculation of sand ratio. The effects of the grade of coarse aggregate, the length and volume fraction of steel fiber on the mixture slump, cubic compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting-tensile strength and flexural-tensile strength of the steel fiber reinforced concrete are studied. The results are comparatively analyzed with that calculated by corresponding formulas specified in the current technical specification for fiber reinforced concrete structures. Under the conditions that the coarse aggregate grade is continuous with a maximum size of 20 mm or 25 mm, the length of steel fiber is in the range from 32 mm to 50 mm and the volume fraction of steel fiber is not larger than 2.0%, the steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete can be made with satisfactory mixture working ability and basic mechanical properties. Therefore, it can avoid the adjustment of water requirement and sand ratio according to the volume fraction of steel fiber specified in the current technical specification.
