摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合治疗阴茎硬结症的临床疗效。方法:将63例阴茎硬结症患者分为中西医结合组33例和对照组30例,中西医结合组应用软坚散结、活血祛瘀、清热解毒的中药方剂+局部注射康宁克通A治疗,对照组局部注射康宁克通A治疗。结果:中西医结合组总有效率为87.88%,对照组总有效率为56.67%,两组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗阴茎硬结症是一种较为有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the efficacy of integrated Chinese medicine with Western medicine for Peyronie＇s disease. Methods 63 patients with Peyronie＇s disease were randomly assigned to receive traditional Chinese herbs promoting blood circulation and softening and resolving hard masses combined with a local injection of triamdnolone acetonide （33 patients, combined treatment group） or triamdnolone acetonide alone （30 patients, control group）. Result There was a significant difference in total effective rate between the combined treatment group and the control group （87.88% vs 56.67%, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese medicine with Western medicine is an effective therapy for Peyronie＇s disease.
