摘  要:提出一种基于广域测量系统和三级共态预估算法的可控制动电阻控制器广域协调优化方法。将多机系统中的可控制动电阻控制器分成本地控制器和协调控制器两层,采用三级共态预估算法对分散的本地控制器进行非线性协调优化,使系统获得全局最优的控制效果。所提方法计算量小,并能在本地形成闭环反馈控制,适合于在线应用。仿真结果表明所提方法可以明显提高系统的暂态稳定性,并改善系统的动态品质。A wide area coordinated optimization method for thyristor controlled braking resistor (TCBR) controllers is proposed in this paper. Based on wide area measurement system and three level co-state prediction algorithm, a two-layer control structure is adopted. The lower layer is composed of decentralized local feedback controllers, each of which takes local feedback signal and controls its connected generator. The upper layer consists of a coordinated controller, which is designed to enhance the effectiveness of decentralized local controllers. The coordinated controller coordinates local controllers by handling their nonlinear relating terms, and generating remote feedback signals, which ensures the global optimal solution of the overall system. The proposed method can greatly improve both transient stability and static stability of the power system. Simulation tests on a 4-machine system show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
