摘 要:交流电压回路断线对线路保护装置影响很大,将直接导致部分保护功能退出运行,电网的安全稳定运行受到威胁。电压断线情况下为了可靠切除线路故障,目前微机保护装置都设置了相过流保护和零序过流保护。文中根据继电保护规程要求,结合220kV~500kV超高压电网线路保护实际配置,通过对电压回路断线情况下各种故障的分析研究,认为电压回路断线过流保护可考虑与相邻线路纵联保护配合,相过流定值应可靠躲过负荷电流,零序过流定值应保证线路末端不对称接地故障有足够的灵敏度。Potential circuit open has very serious impact on line protection equipments. When a full or partial loss of AC potential circuits happens, most functions, like distance and directional function will be blocked. In order to operate reliably, for micro-processor based protection equipments, the overcurrent protection which is usually composed of phase current elements and zero-sequence current element, is put into service during AC potential circuit loss condition. Considering the practical protection scheme for 220 kV ~ 500 kV networks of Northwest China, with the analysis of all kinds of fault types, the paper draws the conclusion that overcurrent protection with opened TV is highly desirable to cooperate with pilot protection, and phase overcurrent element should be set less than the maximum load while zero-sequence current element should protect the whole line.
