摘 要:城市给水管网是城市重要的基础设施之一,其事故的发生直接威胁城市公共安全。在城市给水管网水力模型的基础上,提出了建立一套完善的事故分析评价体系,用以指导管网改(扩)建及日常的维护检修,加强对事故影响等级较高管段的监测与维护,从而降低事故频率、减小事故规模。由于对管网事故影响的评价具有一定的模糊性,故引入了模糊数学中的模糊综合评判方法及理论,形成了以给水管网水力模型为基础,以管网事故状态水力计算分析为依据的给水管网事故影响模糊评价方法,并成功用于上海市闵行区供水管网的事故影响评价中。The urban water distribution system is one of important infrastructures, and its accidents pose direct threats to public safety. Based on the hydraulic model of urban water distribution system, the concept of establishing a complete assessment system for analyzing accidents is proposed. The purpose of the concept is to guide the reconstruction, expansion construction and maintenance of the system, and reinforce the monitoring and maintenance of pipe segments with higher accident influence levels, thus reducing the accident frequency and scale. Because the assessment of the system accident influence has a certain ambiguity, the comprehensive fuzzy assessment methodology and theory in vague mathematics were used to form a fuzzy assessment method based on the hydraulic model of water distribution system and the hydraulic calculation and analysis of the accident state. The method has been used successfully in the accident influence assessment of water distribution system in Minhang district, Shanghai.
