摘 要:采用催化内电解法深度处理经二级生化处理后的麦草浆造纸中段废水,通过正交试验确定其主要影响因素的最佳水平组合为:进水pH值为4.67,反应时间为2.0h,铁水比为13%,炭铁比为1.0。在正交试验的基础上,通过动态试验确定了系统的最佳运行条件。在曝气、将原水pH值调节至4.5左右、反应时间为2.0h的条件下,对COD和色度的去除率分别可达48%和71.4%。在间歇曝气方式下,催化内电解对COD的去除率稍有减小,对色度的去除率则变化不大,因而从经济角度考虑,采用间歇曝气方式更适宜。The catalyzed internal electrolysis was used to treat secondary effluent from straw pulp papermaking middle-stage. Through orthogonal experiment, the optimal level combination of factors were determined as follows : influent pH of 4.67, reaction time of 2.0 h, ratio of iron to water volume being 13% , and the ratio of carbon to iron being 1.0. The optimal operation conditions were determined by dynamic experiment. When the pH of raw wastewater is around 4.5, HRT is 2.0 h and the aeration is set in continuous mode, the removal rates of COD and color reach 48% and 71.4% respectively. When the aeration changes to intermittent mode, COD removal rate declines, while the color removal rate is only slightly impacted. Economically, the intermittent aeration mode is more favorable.
