摘　　要：众所周知,随着旅游业的快速发展,中国游客急需加强教育。但与发达国家相比,目前国内关于游客教育的理论研究与工作实践还处于起步状态,缺乏系统性。当我们面对更大规模的游客人群和更为复杂的旅游活动时,研究游客应当遵循什么样的标准以及怎样用这些标准去教育游客、规范游客的行为势在必行。本文从游客教育的起因入手,总结研究了国内外游客教育的内容、方法、模式和技术进展情况。It is known to all that China＇s visitors urgently need to be educated with the rapid growth of tourism industry. As compared with developed countries, currently both theoretical study and practice in China about visitors＇ education is still at an initial stage and lacks systematic education. When we face larger number of visitors and more complex tourist activities, it is imperative to study what kind of criteria we should adhere to and how to use these criteria to educate visitors and standardize their behaviors. The paper, starting from the cause of visitors＇ education, summarizes the contents, methods, patterns and technical progress of visitors＇ education both at home and abroad.
