摘  要:本文描述了BEPCⅡ储存环真空系统的结构、特点以及运行状况。储存环真空系统于2006年3月开始安装,仅用8个月时间完成储存环正、负电子环约480米长的真空设备安装、检漏和烘烤,并且每个区段的真空优于6.0×10-8Pa。2006年11月18日电子束在储存环成功储存,标志着储存环真空系统能够正常运行。随着积分流强的增加,由同步辐射光引起的气体解吸量逐渐减小,动态真空变好。当积分流强达到100A·hr时,单位流强引起的压强上升小于1×10-10Pa/mA。真空系统运行稳定,在8个多月的运行中,没有发生真空设备故障。Describes the construction, characteristics and running performance of the vacuum system for BEPCII storage ring. Beginning in March 2006, the system was commissioned within 8 months including the installation, leak detection and baking of an about 480m-long vacuum equipment covering all the components of both positive and negative electron rings with all sections under a static pressure lower than 6.0×10^-8pa. Thus, the electron beams were successfully stored in the storage ring of BEPCII to which the project completed meant an important milestone. The gas desorption loads induced by synchrotron radiation gradually decreased with increasing integrating beam dose, then the dynamic vacuum became better. When the integrating beam dose is up to 100A'hr in the storage ring, the pressure rise due to unit beam dose is less than 1.×10^-10Pa/mA. The whole vacuum system has been operating well in the recent 8 months without troubles happened.
