摘  要:建立了测定小诺霉素及西索米星的曲利本蓝分光光度法.在酸性介质中,曲利本蓝(TRB)与西索米星(SISO)、小诺霉素(MIC)反应生成蓝色离子缔合物.最大正吸收波长位于680(SISO)和682 nm(MIC),表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)为1.12×104(SISO)和7.10×103(MIC)L.mol-1.cm-1,线性范围为0.1-9.0(SI-SO)和0.2-8.4 mg/L(MIC);最大负吸收波长均位于588 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)为7.80×103(SISO)和1.40×104(MIC)L.mol-1.cm-1,线性范围为0.1-9.0(SISO)和0.1-9.3 mg/L(MIC);当用双波长叠加测定时,灵敏度会更高.探讨了适宜的反应条件、主要分析化学性质、络合比及应用.A new trypan blue spectrophotometrie method for the determination of sisomiein and mieronomiein has been put forward. In the acid medium, trypan blue(TRB) reacts with sisomicin(SISO) or micronomicin (MIC) to form blue ion complexes. The maximum positive absorption wavelengths are at 680(SISO) and 682 nm( MIC), the apparent molar absorptivities (e) are 1.12 ×10^4 (SISO) and 7.10 × 10^3(MIC) L·mol^-1·cm^-1, the linear ranges are 0.1-9.0 (SISO) and 0.2-8.4 mg/L(MIC) ; The maximum minus absorption wavelengths of both sisomicin and micronomicin are at 588 nm, the apparent niolar absorptivities (ε) are 7. 80 × 103(SISO) and 1.40 × 10^4(MIC) L·mol^-1·cm^-1, the linear ranges are 0. 1-9.0(SISO) and 0.1-9.3 mg/L(MIC). When the double absorption wavelengths overlapping spectrometry is used to determine the concentrations of sisomicin and micronomicin, their sensitivity will be much higher. Finally, this paper also investigates the optimum reaction conditions, the chief properties of analytical chemistry, the complex compound ratio and applications.
