摘 要:草坪草的抗旱性能是城市绿化草坪节水的基础,本研究选择目前抗旱性能较好的狗牙根属和结缕草属共6个栽培品种进行了抗旱性能的评价,通过对草坪目测质量、叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率、叶片电导率和丙二醛等指标的综合分析,品种间抗旱性能由强到弱依次为:运动狗牙根≥兰引3号>上海狗牙根>日本结缕草≥马尼拉结缕草=交大1号结缕草;在干旱胁迫条件下,运动狗牙根的草坪质量、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片光合速率等指标上的下降幅度最小,叶片电导率和丙二醛含量的上升幅度也最小;运动狗牙根在干旱处理后8至16d的蒸腾速率要显著低于抗旱性较差的上海狗牙根、日本结缕草、马尼拉结缕草和交大1号结缕草,而在处理后第16d土壤水势却显著高于其他品种,表明运动狗牙根的抗旱性能主要表现为以减少蒸腾失水的避旱机制上;在适合暖季型草坪草生长的缺水地区,抗旱性能较强的运动狗牙根可以作为首选品种。Selection of drought resistant tuffgrass varieties is critical to water-saving turf management in urban landscape. Two Cynodon and four Zoysia varieties were evaluated for their drought resistance in this experiment. By analysis of the parameters of turf quality, leaf chlorophyll content, phytosynthetic rate, electrolyte leakage, and MDA content, the rank of drought resistance are: Cynodon dactylon cv. Yundong〉≥Zoysiajaponica cv. Lanyin3 〉 Cynodon dactylon cv. shanghai 〉 Zoysia japonica Steud.~〉 Zoysia matrella (L.) Merr.=Zoysiajaponica cv. JD-1. Cynodon dactylon cv. Yundong showed the least decreases of turf quality, leaf chlorophyll content, phytosynthetic rate, and the least increases of electrolyte leakage and MDA content under the drought stress. Cynodon dactylon cv. Yundong showed the significant lower transpiration rate than other varieties (Cynodon dactylon cv. Shanghai, Zoysia japonica Steud., Zoysia matrella (L.) Merr., and Zoysia japonica cv. JD-1) at 8 d and 16 d, but showed significant higher soil water potential at 16 d, indicating the involvement of its drought avoidance mechanism. Cynodon dactylon cv. Yundong could be a recommended warmseason turfgrass variety for the water shortage areas.
