摘 要:在室内运用浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了4种杀螨剂对二斑叶螨抗性种群不同发育阶段的致毒作用。结果表明:阿维菌素对雌成螨的毒力最高,LC50为0.0876mg·L-1;其次为三唑锡和白红螨清,LC50分别为1.2826mg·L-1和1.4369mg·L-1。对卵的毒力也是阿维菌素最高,LC50为0.4951mg·L-1;其次为螨及时和白红螨清,LC50分别为1.0749mg·L-1和4.6578mg·L-1。对二斑叶螨的室内控制效果依次为阿维菌素>三唑锡>白红螨清>螨及时。The toxicities of four kind Of acaricides and their mixtures to Tetranychus urticae Koch were measured by both slide-dip method and leaf-dip method in the laboratory. The results showed that avermectin had the highest toxicity to female adults, LC50 was 0.0876 mg·L^-1 ; Azocyclotin and Baihongmanqing had higher toxicities, LC50 were 1.2826 mg·L^-1 and 1.4369 mg·L^-1. While, the acaricides which had the highest toxicity to eggs also was avermectin, LC50 was 0.4951 mg· L^-1; Manjishi and Baihongmanqing had higher toxicities, LC50 were 1.0749 mg· L^-1 and 4.6578 mg. L^-1 The orders of four kind of acaricides from high to low were avermectin〉Azocyclotin〉Baihongmanqing〉Manjishi.
