摘 要:利用积炭法研究稀土对催化剂镍表面活性的影响关毅秦永宁张鎏梁珍成齐晓周(天津大学化学工程系,天津300072)关键词稀土氧化物,水蒸气,吸附,镍催化剂,积炭法,活性添加稀土氧化物(REO)不仅可提高镍催化剂的烃类水蒸气转化活性和抗积炭性能,而且还可提...The way of carbon deposition has been used for investigating the activity and anticoking ability of Nicatalysts with and without REO in the heptanesteam reforming process. Analytical results show that large REO particles near Ni are not the essential site of steam adsorption, which is able to promote steam reforming reaction. Not only REO added into the catalyst increases the number of active site on Ni surface, but also REO itself that is possibly separated out from Ni crystal grating to Ni surface forms a new type of active center that has very strong ability to absorb steam. In addition, the interaction between rare earth and Ni particle decreases that between support and Ni, which results in the drop of the induction time.
