综合护理干预对预防脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对预防脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法:将应用Wells评分筛选的206例中、高危脑卒中患者随机分为干预组104例和对照组102例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组实施综合护理干预措施,比较两组DVT发生率、脑卒中相关并发症发生率及患者家属满意度。结果:干预组DVT发生率为1.92%,相关并发症发生率为0.96%,患者家属满意度为89.42%;对照组DVT发生率为21.57%,相关并发症发生率为8.82%,患者家属满意度为60.78%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对中、高危脑卒中患者采取综合护理干预措施,可有效降低DVT发生率,减少并发症的发生,提高患者家属满意度。Objective： To study the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of complicated deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in the lower extremities of patients with stroke. Methods： Two hundred and six patients with stroke screened by Wells scoring system were randomly divided into intervention group （ n = 104 ） and control group （ n = 102 ）, The patients in control group were given routine nursing care, while comprehensive nursing intervention was applied to the patients in intervention group. The comparison was made in the incidence of DVT, the stroke-related complications and the satisfaction of patients＇relatives between the two groups. Results ： The incidence of DVT was 1.92%, stroke-related complication was 0.96% and the satisfaction of patients＇ relatives was 89.42% in the intervention group ; and respectively 21.57%, 8, 8% and 60, 78% in the control group. There were significant differences in the comparison between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The incidence of DVT and stroke-related complications can effectively reduced so that satisfaction of patients＇ relatives will be increased by implementing scientific evaluation and comprehensive nursing intervention on those stroke patients who are in medium and high risk of suffering from DVT.
