摘　　要：目的:探讨早期帕金森病患者的护理干预方法。方法:将77例早期帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组43例和对照组34例,治疗组按系统的护理程序进行干预,对照组给予常规护理。结果:出院时ADL评分治疗组为17.48±2.86分,对照组为18.89±2.97分,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对早期帕金森病患者进行护理干预,可以减慢疾病的发展速度,最大程度地保持患者日常生活自理能力。Objective： To study the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with Parkinson＇s disease at an early stage. Methods： Seventy seven patients with Parkinson＇s disease at an early stage were divided into treatment group （n = 43） and control group （n = 34）. The patients in treatment group were given systematical nursing intervention and routine nursing care was taken in control group. ADL was compared between the two groups. Results ： ADL was 17.48±2.86 in treatment group and 18.89±2.97 in control group scored when the patients were discharged from hospital, and there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions ： Nursing intervention can effectively slower the advance of the disease for the patients with Parkinson＇s disease at an early stage and have the patients keep the ability for daily life to the utmost extent.
