摘　　要：提出了一种采用线阵ＣＣＤ器件的自动瞄准发讯系统，可以直接安装在数控机床上，对刀具的几何尺寸进行测量。提高了加工的自动化程度和精度。该系统结构简单，瞄准精度优于０．５μｍ，并具有长时间的稳定性。An　automatic　aim　and　signal　system　with　CCD　array　is　developed　in　this　paper.It　can　be　mounted　on　the　machine　tools　to　measure　the　dimensions　of　the　tools.So　the　accuracy　and　automatic　level　are　greatly　improved.The　structure　of　the　system　is　simple　and　the　aiming　accuracy　is　better　than　0.5μm　and　has　long　time　stability.
