摘　　要：分析了武汉市食品工业园产业发展的现状、优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,从组织管理、制度创新、产业定位、创新环境建设等方面提出了相应对策。This paper analyzes the current situation and SWOT （superiority,weakness,opportunity, threats） of Wuhan food industrial park. The development countermeasures on organizational structure management, institution innovation, industry positioning, and construction of innovative environment of Wuhan food industrial park are put forward in this paper.
