洞库金属油罐涂装体系的研究

摘　　要：介绍了油罐涂料设计的基本原则,针对洞库金属油罐不同部位的腐蚀环境制订了涂料配套表;通过改进防腐施工工艺,制订涂装质量控制规程,完善了洞库金属油罐的涂装体系。This paper introduced the basic paint design principal for metal oil tanks and prepared paint systems for different parts of cavern metal oil tanks under corrosion environment. The paint system for cavern metal tanks was perfected by improving the application technology and formulating the guide line for painting gualing control.
