摘 要:以上海石洞口第二发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉螺旋管因水冷壁为对象,针对其布置特点和实际工况,在高压水回路试验台上进行了试验研究,测得了质量流速、热负荷、压力对临界干度影响的变化规律,总结了倾斜管顶点、测点、底点临界干度的预报公式。同时,对干涸后的传热作了细致的试验研究,充分考虑了传热恶化后的热力不平衡,分别给出了顶点、测点、底点干涸后的传热计算公式。:The object of study is the 'spiral type' waterwall for 600 MW [supercritical pressure boiler in Shanghai Shidongkou Seccnd Power Plant. An investigation was conducted in a high pressure water loop experimental rig according to the arrangement features and actual operating conditions. The effects of mass flow rare, heat flux and pressure on critical steam quality were measured. The prediction correlation were established to determine the critical steam quality on the top, side and bottom of the inclined tubes. At the same time,the experiments and investigations on post-dryout heat transfer were carefully conducted.Based on considering fully the thermal non-equilibrium when heat transfer crisis occur,the correlations of post-dryout heat transfer coefficient of inclined tubes corresponding to the top, side and bottom were presented.
