摘 要:根据DD3单晶高温合金的热分析和相分析结果,制定了新的热处理工艺。该优化工艺提高了合金的固溶处理温度,并增加了一级时效制度。研究了优化工艺热处理后DD3合金的蠕变及拉伸性能,对比分析了优化工艺和标准工艺处理后的组织、元素分布和力学性能。结果表明,优化后的热处理工艺改善了合金组织和元素的分布,显著提高了合金的蠕变性能。A optimized heat treatment for improving creep properties of DD3 single crystal superalloy was introduced. According to the results of differential thermal analysis and physicochemical phase analysis to casting and standard heat treatment samples, a optimized heat treatment regime was created. The optimized heat treatment characterized with that increased the solution heat-treatment temperature in excess of 1260℃ followed by two aging heat treatment. The microstructures and mechanical properties were evaluated for samples given both the standard and the modified heat treatment. The optimized heat treatment resulted in optimized microstructure and increased levels of chemical homogeneity, and also remarkably improved creep properties.
