摘 要:多壁碳纳米管的表面官能团化对其在催化领域的应用有重要意义。在硫酸和硝酸混合液中超声处理多壁碳纳米管,在使其纯化的同时,纳米管的长度变短,端口被打开,并在碳纳米管表面和端口处修饰上大量的含氧官能团,有利于催化剂活性组分在碳纳米管表面均匀沉积。利用透射电镜,红外光谱和拉曼光谱表征了碳纳米管及其催化剂的表观织构。通过交流阻抗谱对催化剂进行电化学性能测试,并发现经过超声处理的碳纳米管负载的PtRu双金属催化剂对甲醇有较好的电催化活性。Functionalization of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was important for application in catalytic realm. MWCNT was purified during the sonochemical treatment with nitric and sulfuric acids. At the same time, MWCNT was shortened and its ports were opened. MWCNT was also decorated by a great lot of oxygen-contained function groups on the surface and ports. It was good for the active elements to deposit on the surface uniformly. Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Raman spectrum, Infrared spectrum (IR) was used to characterize the degree of surface functionalization and coverage. The PtRu catalyst which was supported with treated MWCNT was also studied in the way of Cyclic Voltammetry(CV) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS), and a better methanol electrooxidization activity was gained.
