摘  要:研究以上海石洞口第二发电厂600MW超临界压力锅炉为对象,根据试验结果给出了管内强迫换热的水冷壁壁温计算的内边界条件,由炉膛热负荷分布规律建立的膜式水冷壁表面热流密度分布函数为外边界条件,开发了螺旋管圈水冷壁壁温计算程序。它可以计算膜式壁任一截面的里温,经验证与实际相符。这为分析锅炉工作的可靠性并为水冷壁系统的结构设计,提供了重要依据。The object of study is 600MW supercritical pressure boiler in Shanghai Shidongkou Second Power Flant. Based on the expeimental results as inside boundary condi tions of forced convection waterwall metal temmture calculation, and also based on the heat flux density distribution function of membrane waterwall surface established on the furnace beat flux profile as outside boundary condition, this paper describes the development of the calculating program for metal-temperature of 'spiral type' waterwall, which can calculate the metal temerature of membrane waterwall on any section. The proposed cor relations are compared with experimental data in reasonable agreement. It provides an important basis to analyze reliability of boiler cperating and to design the configuration of waterwall system.
