微波对口腔科石膏模型消毒效果的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察微波对医院口腔科石膏模型消毒效果。方法采用人工染菌试验法,对普通家用微波炉杀灭石膏模型上细菌的效果进行了实验观察。结果经700W×55%微波照射3分钟,可完全杀灭石膏模型上的金黄色葡萄球菌和草绿色链球菌,经700W×55%微波照射5分钟可完全杀灭石膏模型上的白色念珠菌,经700W功率微波照射7分钟可完全杀灭石膏模型枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种。结论用功率为700W的家用微波炉照射7分钟,可以完成对口腔科石膏模型的消毒。Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of microwave on the chnical plaster model sterilization. Methods The artificial contamination testing method was used to observe the effect of domestic microwave oven on killing the bacteria of the plaster models. Results After 3 - minute - irradiation of 700W × 55% microwave, the staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus viridans on the plaster model were totally killed. After 5 - minute -irradiation of 700W ×55% microwave, the candida albicans on the plaster model were destroyed. After 7 -minute- irradiation of 700W microwave, the black variant of bacillus subtilis on the plaster model disappeared. Conclusion It is a good sterilization of the plaster model after 7 - minute - irradiation of 700W microwave.
