摘 要:提出了水泥浆体初凝时间预测的数值方法并定量评价了影响初凝时间的因素。通过引入周期性边界条件,描述了水泥颗粒初始分布和水化的计算机模拟技术。基于模拟的水泥浆体微观结构,给出了初凝时间算法并讨论了模拟次数对初凝时间的影响。通过与实验数据的比较,验证了该数值方法的有效性。定量评价了水灰比、水化温度、最小和最大水泥颗粒直径对初凝时间的影响。结果表明:水灰比和最大水泥颗粒直径是影响初凝时间的2个主要因素。A numerical method was presented for predicting the initial setting time of cement paste. The factors that influence the initial setting time were quantitatively evaluated. By introducing the periodic boundary conditions, the computer simulation technique for the initial distribution and hydration of cement particles was described. Based on the simulated microstructure of cement paste, an algorithm for the initial setting time was presented and the effect of the number of simulations on the initial setting time was discussed. The validity of the method presented in this paper was verified with the experimental data obtained from the literature. The effects of the water-cement ratio, hydration temperature, and the minimum and maximum cement particle diameters on the initial setting time were evaluated in a quantitative manner. It was found that the water-cement ratio and maximum cement particle diameter are two major factors that influence the initial setting time.
