西南地区县域经济特点与发展对策

摘　　要：在全国各地区中,西南地区县域经济总量小,竞争力较弱;县域产业结构不尽合理,工业化水平较低;财政收入偏低,生存与发展的矛盾突出;特色产业发展初具规模;民营经济发展势头良好,但仍面临发展瓶颈;外向型经济对广西县域经济发展起到强大的推动作用。要实现西南地区县域经济的跨越式发展,就要把经济结构调整作为县域经济发展的重中之重,突出发展二、三产业,把培育特色经济作为县域经济发展的主攻方向,把壮大民营经济作为县域经济发展的根本出路,把抓好项目建设作为县域经济发展的强力支撑。Among various parts of China, county economy of southwest part has very limited total economy, thus its compete ability is also very weak. The structure of county industry is not reasonable. The level of industrialization is comparatively low. The financial income is also low. The conflict between living and development is extruding. The development of industries with special characteristics is shaping initial scale. Private economy is developing with fine impetus, but still facing bottle neck situation. Extroversion economy did stimulate the county economy development in Guangxi. In order to realize the spanning devel- opment of county economy in southwest part of China, we have to first of all readjust the structure of county economy, give prominence to develop the second and third industries, take fostering economy with special characteristics as the major direction for county economy development, take strengthening private economy as the fundamental path for developing county economy, and to strongly support the county economy development by making each project construction a successful one.
