16层螺旋CT对急性胰腺炎累及肾周间隙的诊断

摘　　要：目的总结急性胰腺炎累及肾周围间隙的盯表现。方法收集1999年～2005年间经临床确诊的急性胰腺炎患者56例，重点观察肾周间隙受累的CT特征并进行了CT评分。结果CT显示肾周围间隙累及43例，肾旁积液14例。结论CT影像可见急性胰腺炎累及肾周间隙的异常表现，轻者盯为肾周脂肪水肿，重者可见积液，对于临床治疗和估计预后有重要价值。Objective To evaluate CT findings of perirenal space involvement in acute pancreatitis. Methods CT imaging in 56 patients with acute pancreatitis proved by clinic and CT from year 1999 to 2005 was studied. The spiral CT features and incidences of the parirenal space were analyzed. Results CT imaging demonstrated perirenal fat stranding in 43 patients and perarenal fluid collections in 14 patients. Conclusion CT examination is valuable in showing the parirenal space involvement and estimating treatment and prognosis in the patients with acute pancreatitis.
