摘　　要：目的评价SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在舰船环境中的临床分析性能。方法通过SPOTCHEM-4410生化仪在医院实验室内和在航行中检测的结果分别进行比对，评价其结果准确度、批内精密度和批间精密度。结果SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在医院实验室内和在航行舰船环境中检测总蛋白（TP）、向蛋白（Alb）、总胆红素（T-Bil）、谷丙转氨酶（GPT）、谷草转氨酶（GOT）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）6个项目的测量值相关性较好，相关系数（r）均大于0．975，配对t检验分析结果差异均无统计学意义。批内精密度均在CLIA＇88允许误差1／4内，批间精密度均在CLIA＇88允许误差1／3内，符合临床实验室质控要求。结论SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在航行舰船环境中应用时检测结果准确、稳定，有较好的抗干扰能力。Objective To evaluate the clinical application analysis performance of the SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator in medical transport ship environment. Methods Detection results in hospital laboratory and medical ship during navigation were measured,then accuracy and precision of the SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator were evaluated, respectively. Results There were positive correlation of total protein （TP）, albumin （Alb）, bilirubin total （T-Bil）, glutamate-pyruvate transaminase （GPT）, glutamate-oxalacetic transaminase （ GOT ） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） in the tests before and after navigation （r〉0.975, P〉0.05 ）. The error of measurement in medical ship during navigation were lower than 1/4 orl/3 of the CLIA＇88 permissible errors, which was permitted by precision requirement. Conclusions The SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator is accurate, stable and has strong resistance against interference.
