摘 要:采用电化学阻抗谱方法对除锈等级因素对钛纳米聚合物涂料的防腐性能的影响进行了实验研究,通过采用等效电路模型对实验结果进行的分析和拟舍,结果表明:在实验测试周期内涂层电阻Rpo在开始浸泡时呈快速下降,经一段时间后下降速度明显减慢,逐渐趋于稳定,而涂层电容Cc则正相反,在开始时呈快速上升态势,经一段时间后达到一个相对稳定;除锈等级为St3级的钛纳米聚合物涂层防腐效果显著优于除锈等级为St2级的钛纳米聚合物涂层。The effect of descaling gradation on the polymer nano-titanium coatings preservative properties was studied by means of Electrochemical impedance spectrum,then the experimental result was analysed and fitted by means of the equivalent circuit model, the results showed : in the experimental test cycle , coating resistance Rpo declined rapidly at the beginning of immersion , and the rate of decline was obviously slow after a period of time , gradually moved toward stability , but coating capacitance Cc was contrary , it was rapidly increased in the beginning , over a period of time ,it was achieved a relatively stable : the effect of St3 derusting rating for a nano-titanium-coated polymer preservative was significantly better than derusting rating for St2 polymer nano-titanium coating.
