摘 要:经过鉴定,苹果青霉病除了国内外已报导的三种致病菌外,圆弧青霉和壳青霉也是苹果青霉病的病原菌。柑桔、花生和猕猴桃上的4种青霉菌对苹果也有致病能力。并对苹果青霉病的主要病原菌扩展青霉的寄主范围,侵染途径和生物学特性进行了观察试验。同时测定了15种杀菌剂对扩展青霉的毒力大小及4种杀菌剂对接菌苹果的防腐效果。最后,提出了防治建议。Besides three pathogenic fungus reported at home and abroad,Penicilliumcyclopium Westling and P.crustosum Thom were identified to be pathogenic fun-gus of the apple penicillium disease.Four kinds of penicillium pathogen fromcitrus,peanut and yangtao had pathogenic ability to the apple fruit.The hostrange,infecting gates and biological characteristics of the apple penicillium majorpathogen Penicillium expansum(LK.)Thom.were tested and the toxicities of 15germicides to the species and antiseptic effects of 4 germicides to inoculated applefruit were determined.Suggestions to prevent and control of apple penicilliumdisease were put forward.
