摘　　要：目的:探讨大面积烧伤患者康复期的护理方法。方法:将56例大面积烧伤患者随机分为观察组36例与对照组20例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上针对康复期存在的问题进行护理干预。结果:观察组在心态、功能锻炼方法、瘢痕知识预防、整形知识的掌握、生活基本自理情况方面与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对大面积烧伤患者康复期存在的问题,有目的地进行护理干预,可使其消除不良情绪,恢复自理,重返社会。Objective： To study the methods of nursing care for patients with extensive burn at rehabilitation stage. Methods： Fifty six patients with extensive burn were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 36） and control group （n = 20）. Routine nursing care was taken in control group and corresponding nursing intervention was additionally applied in observation group according to the need of treatment at rehabilitation stage. Results： There were significant differences in the comparison of mentality of patients, mastering of functional exercise, awareness of prevention of scar and knowledge of plastic surgery, etc. between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Corresponding nursing intervention can clear up patient＇s bad mood and help them increase self- care ability.
