摘　　要：恐怖主义犯罪是当今国际社会普遍关注的"焦点问题"之一。恐怖主义犯罪惩治应坚持法律制裁、预防和控制相结合,遵循国际法原则,加强集体安全合作观念。我国应制定专门的反恐法,增设罪名,注意法律之间的协调配合,构建严密的反恐法律体系。The crime of terrorism has become one of the focus problems which attracts common attention among international society. To punish the crime of terrorism,legal sanction,prevention and control should be combined,principles of international law should be abided by, and concept of collective security cooperation should be strengthened. Special anti -terrorism law should be drafted in our country,and new accusations should be set up. Pay attention to the legal coordination and cooperation,and construct tight legal system against terrorism.
