摘　　要：互联网络的发展使得网络学习成为一种日益普及的学习途径。高等院校可以凭借自身的资源优势建立教学参考信息服务系统,实现网络学习与专业教学的有机结合。本文分析了网络学习环境下CALIS教学参考信息服务系统的基本建设模式以及存在的问题和不足。With the development of internet, E - learning becomes a more and more popular learning way. Universities can take advantage of establishing reference information service system by self- resources and combining the E- learning and specialized teaching. This paper analisises the basic pattern of constructing reference information service system under the E- learning environment, points out the main problems and shortage.
