摘 要:目的:观察铅暴露大鼠中不同脑区NMDAR1(NR1)、NMDAR2A(NR2A)和NMDAR2B(NR2B)亚基蛋白和mRNA水平的表达情况。方法:采用Western Blot及RT-PCR技术,测定NR1、NR2A和NR2B亚基蛋白和mRNA在铅暴露大鼠脑中额叶皮质、新小脑、海马及纹状体中的表达情况。结果:铅暴露大鼠中NR1、NR2A和NR2B亚基的蛋白水平和mRNA表达在各个脑区均有不同程度的下调。结论:在铅暴露大鼠的额叶皮质、海马、新小脑和纹状体中,NMDA受体亚基NR1,NR2A和NR2B的表达在mRNA水平就已经发生了改变。Objective: To investigate the change of NMDAR1 (NRI), NMDAR2A (NR2A) and NMDAR2B (NR2B) subunit expression in the different brain region of plumbum exposure rat. Methods: Western blot technique and RT - PCR technique were used to determine the expression of NR1, NR2A and NR2B subunit protein and mRNA expression in Pb exposure rats brain cortex of frontal lobe, neocerebellum, hippocampus and corpora. Results: Tne levels of NR1, NR2A and NR2B subunit protein and rnRNAs expression in different regions of the brain from Pb exposure rats had different degree down regulation. Conclusion: Tne expression of NMDA receptor subunit NR1, NR2A and NR2B had changed at mRNA level in the cortex of frontal lobe, neocerebel/um, hippocampus and corpora striata from Pb exposure rats.
