摘　　要：目的:总结气压弹道碎石术治疗32例泌尿系统结石经验教训,提高对泌尿系统结石的治愈率。方法:对32例泌尿系统结石进行气压弹道碎石治疗。结果:碎石成功率90.6%(29/32)。结论:气压弹道碎石术对全尿路结石碎石治疗,对输尿管下段结石粉碎率高,具有组织损伤小及并发症少等优点,成功置镜是碎石成功的关键。Objective： To summarize the effectiveness of 32 patients with the stone in urinary system underwent pneumatic lithotripsy in our hospital. Methods： Thirty-two patients with the stone in urinary system were treated by pneumatic lithotripsy. Results ： The stone free rate was 90. 6%. Condusion： Pnenmatic lithotripsy can treate the whole urinary lithiasis, the stone free rate was high in the distal ureter especially, with little tissue damage and complication. It is the key to put ureteroscope successfully.
