摘 要:观察碘对大鼠甲状腺结构与功能的影响。低碘组尿碘、组织碘、血清甲状腺激素、组织激素低于适碘组(P<0.01)。碘过量组尿碘、组织碘呈逐渐升高的趋势。血清甲状腺激素、组织T_3含量呈依次下降趋势(P<0.05)。光镜下观察,低碘组甲状腺呈现小滤泡增生。5倍高碘和10倍高碘组呈多型性变化。50倍高碘组和100倍高碘组滤泡增生显著。提示碘缺乏与碘过量均可导致甲状腺功能减退。The effects of iodine deficiency and excess on thyroid function and structure were observed in rats. Urinary iodine, iodine in thyroid and thyroid hormones in serum and thyroid tissue of the rats with low iodine intake were significantly lower than those in rats with normal iodine intake. Urinary iodine and iodine content in thyroid increased gradually, however, thyroid hormones in serum and thyroid tissue decreased with excessive iodine intake. Thyroid follicles in the low iodine intake group showed hyperplasia under light microscope. Thyroid follicles showed polymorphic changes in 5- and 10-fold excessive iodine intake groups and significant hyperplasia in 50- and 100-fold excessive iodine groups, These findings suggest that both iodine deficiency and iodine excess can cause hypothyroidism.
