摘  要:目的观察细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的菌种及耐药情况。方法分别取266例细菌性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液进行细菌培养,利用细菌鉴定仪进行菌种鉴定及药敏试验,观察结果。结果共分离出13个种,3个亚种,其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌149(56.02%)株,耐苯唑西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌97(65.10%)株;发现溶血葡萄球菌82(55.03%)株,表皮葡萄球菌34(22.82%)株。检出菌株对氨苄西林、青霉素耐药率为100.00%,对万古霉素敏感率均为100.00%。结论细菌性前列腺炎患者中以血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌感染居多,治疗应根据体外敏感试验结果,采用联合用药方案。Objective To analyse the flora distribution and drug resistance of Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus(CNS) in prostate fluid. Methods Prostate fluid from 266 patients with bacteria prostatitis was used in bacterial aerobic culture. Automatic bacterial analyzing system was used to analyze the results. Results Of the 266 cases , 149 cases(56.02% ) CNS inclusion 13 species and 3 subspecies were found. The isolation rate of Meticillin -Resistant Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus (MRCNS) was 65.10%. All of the bacteria,there were 82 staphylocuccus hemolytic (55.03 % ) ,42 staphylocuccus epidermidis (22.82 % ). The rates of drug resistance of staphlococci to ampicillin and penicillin were 100% respectively. The rate of drug sensitivity of Vancomycinswas was 100%. Conclusions Great conditioned pathogen,especial the CNS,was main actors to induce bacteria prostatitis. According to the results of drug resistance, combined antibiotic therapy was performed.
