钙泊三醇搽剂联合丙酸倍氯米松霜治疗头皮银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价钙泊三醇搽剂联合丙酸倍氯米松霜治疗头皮银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法将55例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组每早1次使用钙泊三醇头皮搽剂,每周用量不超过15mL;每晚1次使用丙酸倍氯米松霜,每周用量不超过15mg。对照组:每日早晚各1次使用丙酸倍氯米松霜,每周用量不超过30mg,疗程均为6周。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为85.30%和52.38%,差异有显著性意义(X2=9.361,P<0.05)。结论钙泊三醇搽剂联合丙酸倍氯米松霜治疗头皮银屑病安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a combination thrapy with calcipotriol onitment and beclometasone on scalp psoriasis. Methods 55 patients with scalp psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment group （34 subjects） and control group （21 Subjects）. In the treatment group, calcipotriol onitment, no more than 15ml a week, was topically used once every morning, and beclometasone once every evening, no more than 15mg a week. In the control group, beclometasone was used twice daily, with a weekly dose not exceed 30mg. The thrapy period was 6 weeks for both groups. Results The effective rate was 85.30% for the treatment group and 52.38% for the control group, with a significant difference. Condusion The combination of calcipotriol onitment and beclomotasone has an obvious therapeutic effectiveness and is safe in the treatment of patients with scalp psoriasis.
