摘　　要：目的初步建立急性缺血中风中医常见症状、体征的标准化／客观化测量方法，并进行应用。方法初步建立了急性缺血中风四诊信息采集表，并使其计算机信息化，以及对其实用性进行对比评价。结果急性缺血中风四诊信息采集表具有较高临床实用性。结论四诊信息数据平台的建立规范了证候诊断，同时具有较高的准确性和一定的实用性。Objective Preliminary form the standard/objective measurement about TCM frequent symptoms and signs of acute ischemic stroke. Methods The scale evaluation about four physical examinations information of acute ischemic stroke are formed prliminary, and analyze it by computer information, then evaluate its practibility. Results The scale evaluation about four physical examinations information of acute ischemic stroke are practical in the clinic. Conclusion The constrction of plat of four physical examinations information formulate the diagnosis of syndrome, it is failly accurate and practive.
