DHS治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折46例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析DHS技术治疗股骨转子间骨折的效果。方法2003年5月-2007年6月采用DHS治疗46例股骨转子间骨折患者。结果术后全部获随访6个月～2年。按Harris评分标准：优30例，良9例；9例出现并发症：内固定失败1例，股骨锁钉处骨折1例，髋内翻2例，下肢短缩2例，下肢外旋畸形2例，深静脉血栓形成1例。结论DHS治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折是一种效果较好的方法，术后可以获得较好的功能恢复和生活质量提高，手术并发症少，疗效较满意。Objective To analyse the effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS in the elderly. Methods From may 2003 to june 2007, 46 patients were treated with DHS. Results All of the patients were followed up 6-24 months. According to the Harris criterion for evaluation, the results were excellent and good in 39 cases. The postoperative complications appeared in 9 cases： 1 case of failure of internal fixation, 2 cases of coxa vara orcoxa valga, 2 cases of tension screw protrusions and lower shorten, 2 cases of rotation deformity of lower limb, 1 case of venous thrombosis. Conclusion DHS for intertrochanteric fracture can get a good functional recovery and elevation of life quality with few complications to meet a satisfied outcome.
